Port Easy Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, designing, and implementing training programs and activities.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training materials and delivery.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and training management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
