As a GRO, you'll handle guest inquiries, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide assistance with airport services. Our team uses SAP Travel & Expense and Airport Operations Management System (AOMS) to streamline operations. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and fluent in both English and Indonesian.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance with airport services
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations and procedures
- Assist with baggage handling and airport navigation
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor and report any operational issues to ensure smooth airport operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless travel experiences
- Participate in training programs to stay updated with airport services and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with SAP Travel & Expense and Airport Operations Management System (AOMS) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and ability to work in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya
- Willingness to undergo airport security clearance
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
