📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all food safety and health regulations are followed.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new menu items.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and take on new challenges.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
