Web Town Nusantara is looking for a Junior Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assist in the creation of learning materials and resources,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness,Collaborate with managers to identify training requirements,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as needed,Maintain and update training records and databases,Provide feedback and support to employees on their development plans,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the learning and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or related roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Passionate about learning and development and committed to continuous improvement,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
