Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Manage inventory and budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.
