📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning and development programs focused on leadership and human skills.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.,Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.,Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Contribute to the development of PwC's learning and development strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership and human skills.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning and development programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
