📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants for various positions within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews and assessments for candidates.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate information and status.,Assist in preparing and distributing job postings on various platforms.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing recruitment events and materials.,Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.,Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications for candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
