📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports to track sales performance and store metrics.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions to create a vibrant and engaging shopping environment.,Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely receipt and distribution of merchandise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
