📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
