📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and supervise the team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.,Manage the clinic's budget, including revenue generation and cost control.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and initiatives.,Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the dental healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics or similar healthcare facilities.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Understanding of dental procedures and technologies is a plus.
