📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.,Support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling operations.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in implementing operational strategies and improvements.,Handle day-to-day operational tasks and issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
