Global Nickel is looking for a dedicated Deputy Shop Assistant to join our team in Tanjung Balai. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing store operations, including inventory control, stock taking, and ordering.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering their inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the store shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and displays.,Help with cash handling and transaction processing.,Assist in training and supporting new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and follow the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
