Maritim Bumi Group is seeking a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments and other financial obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned clients to collect payments and other outstanding amounts.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collection processes.,Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the collection process.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collection operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in field collection or a related role.,Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with using office software and collection management tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
