PT Digital Restu is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the company's vehicles, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is based in Gianyar, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles, drivers, and fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements for fleet operations.
