📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
