Food Max Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution management, with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the distribution network, including inventory management, route planning, and driver scheduling.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable and cost-effective distribution services.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure the well-being of drivers and the integrity of the distribution network.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution management, applying this knowledge to improve operational efficiency.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the distribution team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of distribution network operations, including inventory management, route planning, and driver scheduling.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize distribution processes.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in using logistics and distribution management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
