📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures to prevent theft and ensure accuracy.,Train and develop new staff to maintain high service standards.,Oversee inventory management and restocking to ensure adequate product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
