📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Review and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Prepare and file accurate tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Manage the tax department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.,Conduct audits and investigations to identify tax risks and opportunities.,Provide tax advice and guidance to internal teams and external clients.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of tax matters to regulatory authorities.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with the last 3 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
