📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Monitor equipment performance and generate reports to track maintenance activities and identify trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize production disruptions.
• Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, including pumps, compressors, and conveyor systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations relevant to the manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
