📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design, develop, and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
• Participate in regular equipment inspections and audits
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field
• Provide technical support and training to the kitchen staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and facilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
