📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the patient environment, following infection control protocols.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
