📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer letters, onboarding, and compliance with local labor laws.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Kalimantan Barat.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
