Hotel Gilang Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a remote position, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage operations effectively from a distance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and coordinate with department heads to ensure all areas of the hotel are running optimally.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the hotel, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
