📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer interaction.

Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales reports.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related roles.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
