DRIFT Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to the team as needed.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis is a plus.
