📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of our dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Participate in menu development and cost control.
• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Valid food handler's certificate.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
