📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Resolve conflicts and issues within the team to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide recommendations for career development.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory roles.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.
