As a Compliance and Data Protection Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our operations meet the highest standards of compliance and data protection. You'll use tools like SAP, Oracle, and Tableau to manage and analyze data, and you'll stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance reports and documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Implement and monitor data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and data protection roles.
- Certifications in data protection and compliance (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent).
- Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, and Tableau for data management and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, PDPA, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
