Your daily tasks will include reviewing driver applications, verifying identification documents, and ensuring all drivers meet our strict safety and compliance standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining our driver database and providing support to our drivers and operations team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Validate and verify driver applications and documents to ensure compliance with our policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update our driver database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide support to our drivers and operations team, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in onboarding new drivers, guiding them through the process and ensuring they understand our policies and procedures.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to help them improve and grow in their roles.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our driver network.
• Ensure all drivers are aware of and comply with our safety and compliance standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to our drivers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Bisaya, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and software, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
