📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects using industry-standard tools and software.
• Analyze project requirements and gather necessary data to support cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Review and approve subcontractor bids to ensure they meet project requirements and budget.
• Maintain and update cost estimate databases and records.
• Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software such as EstimateOne or Blue Beam.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
