📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, fitting, and purchases.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing and well-presented store.
• Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems such as SAP or similar.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Promote Hugo Boss products and collections through in-store displays, sales events, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury fashion industry.
• Participate in store training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury fashion and customer service.
