In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies tailored to Bali's unique market. You'll leverage your local market knowledge, strong communication skills, and data-driven approach to attract and retain students, while also building strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international students, parents, and local partners.
• Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram to promote our programs and attract new students.
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including open houses, webinars, and social media promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams across Indonesia to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of local marketing initiatives, such as community engagement and sponsorships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
