📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze plant financial performance using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets for plant operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with plant managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support during plant expansions or mergers.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant finance or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
