In this role, you’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to bring our digital vision to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs and videos align with our brand identity and business goals. Whether you’re sketching wireframes, prototyping interactive experiences, or editing engaging video content, your creativity and technical skills will drive our digital initiatives forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance our digital content and storytelling
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align designs and videos with our brand identity and campaign objectives
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and video production
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, creative work environment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and video editing, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and video editing work
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
