You'll create reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, and you'll present your findings to stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.
• Document business processes and create user stories for development teams.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and identifying risks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to document them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of SQL and basic programming languages is a plus.
