📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings for luxury villa projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, for project execution.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical support to the design team.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural drafting.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 2D/3D drafting, with a focus on residential or luxury real estate projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
