As a Knowledge and Learning Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to identify training needs, develop course materials, and manage our LMS platform. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about learning and development, and wants to gain practical experience in a real-world HR setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining and updating our LMS platform, including creating and organizing courses and modules.
• Develop and design engaging learning materials, such as presentations, videos, and interactive quizzes.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
• Provide administrative support to the Knowledge & Learning team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of LMS platforms, such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Passionate about learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
