📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end air cargo operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking flights.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Handle documentation, including customs clearance, cargo insurance, and compliance with IATA and other international regulations.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain efficiency, reducing costs and improving service quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Analyze and report on cargo performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in air cargo logistics.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in air cargo logistics, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international air cargo regulations, including IATA and ICAO guidelines.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, CargoWise, and other IATA-compliant systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good Indonesian language skills.
