📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic advertising and media campaigns for a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
• Present campaign reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advertising technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in advertising, account management, or a similar role in the media industry.
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and media buying tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
