📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and submit competitive bids for construction projects
- Analyze project costs and prepare cost estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure bid alignment
- Monitor market conditions and industry trends to inform bidding strategies
- Prepare and present bid proposals to clients
- Manage bid documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Provide pricing consultancy services to support project success
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bid and tender processes for construction projects
- Proficient in using construction management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
- Strong understanding of project costing and pricing methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry and regulations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
