📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure the coffee menu meets high quality and presentation standards.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to improve coffee offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
- Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Familiarity with coffee quality standards and certifications (e.g., SCA, Q Grader) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations.
